An illustration idea I came up with to be used with the introduction of a new idea to a campany. The image is drawn using photoshop and experimenting with the layer effects inner glow, inner shadow, and drop shadow.

Basically the idea was this:
Imagine a company comes to you and asks you for a simple image, an illustration, to go alongside an article about te introduction of something new to the company. The light bulb is obviously a symbol for ideas, the cog is symbolic of a) the wheel, the original invention b) parts of the machine (the machine being the company) working together.
